Authentication mechanism for webapps based on USB fingerprint reader (circa 2006)

I built a Windows app that would connect to an auth server (a regular web app) and retrieve a token. Then the app would open a browser window to the webapp with the token appended, similar to oauth.

USB firewall (circa 2007)

Resurrected one of the company’s old projects and shipped it in about 6 months. It was a Windows app that would allow the user to block access to USB devices (and soon after to other kind of devices). It was using low level Windows API and consisted of a Windows Service and an GUI app for management.
The enterprise version, developed later, used a webapp for management. This evolved into www.endpointprotector.com
